I added this book to my collection recently. I loved Gurney's book Color and Light, and this is another excellent reference. (He wrote and illustrated Dinotopia!) My goal this year is to get some practice with proportions and perspective.

I've been getting some sketching in by pausing a show when the lighting is interesting and using it to practice. I maybe don't recommend it if you're watching *with* someone though 😂
